Meet the instructor
Sherry Matheson
A dynamic and strategic Consultant, Coach, Systems Coach and Change Specialist. With over 30 years of experience, Sherry is a master at transforming leaders, teams, and social systems from a place of fear and frustration to one of heightened engagement, courage and innovation. I had the pleasure of working with her during my tenure at a large municipality, and found her to be consistently fun, creative, and engaging. Sherry’s extensive experience spans a variety of sectors, including legal, education, government, construction, engineering, oil & gas, not-for-profit, engineering, health & wellness, providing collaborative team leadership development, coaching, facilitation, and consulting services.
As a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, Sherry firmly believes that relationships are the cornerstone of success. She understands that the foundation of effective work lies in fortified relationships and when the relationship isn’t right, nothing else is. Sherry is dedicated to developing leaders and teams to foster cultures of innovation, driving fresh ideas and impactful collaborations

Kerry Woodcock
Kerry leads change for a world of change, by both supporting and challenging leaders, organizations and social systems to amplify the power of relationship—for it is powerful relationship that creates meaningful transformation. Known as courageously authentic and compassionately wise, she is an inspiring and intuitive leader, who brings a healthy sense of play to her work. Weaving together innovations from the world of change leadership, relationship systems intelligence, and leadership maturity development, she coaches leaders and their teams to develop their core, collective and change leadership capability and capacity.
Kerry is an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach, certified in Co-active Coaching, Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, and Leadership Maturity Coaching, with a doctorate in Geography and Environmental Management. Kerry’s training and research in human and social development, is combined with over twenty-five years of practical experience in partnering with leaders and their organizations on their growth and development journeys. She has worked as both a leader and an executive coach in a range of organizational contexts, from Non-Governmental Organizations to Corporations - including municipal, provincial and federal government - in a variety of industries such as Forestry, Energy, Engineering, Media, Communications, Finance, Transportation and Education and across cultures, from UK and Spain to Tanzania, Ethiopia, Malawi and Ghana to China and Canada and USA.
British-born, she has lived for extended periods in the UK, Tanzania, Canada and Spain and is based in Calgary with her adventurous family and the world as her playground.
