These virtual sessions can be booked through our calendar system for your convenience. * Please note that two session can be in person if location allows.

Kim Corrigan 

Kim (she/her), the visionary founder and Chief Change Officer of Obliq3, has forged an impressive career rooted in her early work as a mental health nurse in the UK. Her extensive background in tackling complex mental health issues for patients and their families provided a solid foundation for her transition to designing mental health services of the future for a major provincial health provider in Canada.

Building on this success, Kim leveraged her expertise in service design, strategic planning, and people management to lead an organizational development team within a large municipal government. In recent years, she has successfully executed large-scale digital transformation projects for key players in the energy sector and agriculture industries.

Kim's ability to seamlessly navigate diverse sectors stems from her unwavering commitment to a core principle: putting people at the center of everything. Now, as the leader of Obliq3, her mission is clear—to share her extensive knowledge and empower individuals, leaders, and organizations to confidently and effectively navigate and thrive amidst change.

Augusto Romero 

Augusto (he/him) ties many of his key skills back to a time when he worked in Addictions and Mental Health. His time working with individuals, families and groups helped develop a foundation for working with change, gaining emotional intelligence and exercising many of the “soft skills” that he sees as crucial today.

Throughout his career in not-for-profit, local and provincial government, Augusto was often task as a leader to “fix or settle the team” which later led him to lead key culture work initiatives. Augusto has always taken a servant leader/ people-centered approach to everything he touches. Whether it’s a business improvement project, strategic planning process, structure review or a large complex project.

Augusto's key strengths in honesty, gratitude, love of learning, hope and judgement ensures that every interaction and piece of work he provides is grounded in authenticity
